GramFi Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GramFi platform and related products and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

1. Description of the Service

GramFi is a Telegram-native, AI-powered information and analytics platform designed to analyze publicly available or permitted data in order to generate insights, rankings, participation metrics, and analytical outputs. The Service is provided solely for informational and analytical purposes and does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you represent that you are legally permitted to access and use online services under laws applicable to you. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms, and to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended operation.

3. Graming and Graming Points

Graming is the internal participation system of the Service. Graming Points are internal metrics used solely within the Service to measure participation, engagement, and activity by users and channels. Graming Points are not currency, property, securities, or any form of financial instrument, and they have no intrinsic or guaranteed monetary value.

Graming Points do not grant any ownership rights, equity interests, governance rights, or legal claims. Users acknowledge and agree that Graming Points exist solely as a platform-defined metric and may be modified, adjusted, reset, or removed at any time.

4. Relationship Between Graming Points and $GF Token

Any relationship between Graming Points and the $GF token, including potential rewards, conversions, distributions, or airdrops, is entirely discretionary and not guaranteed. The accumulation of Graming Points does not create any entitlement, expectation, or contractual right to receive $GF or any other reward.

Any reward mechanisms, including token-related programs, may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

5. Platform Authority and Enforcement

Full authority is retained to determine how Graming Points are calculated, awarded, adjusted, or revoked. Activity that is believed to be abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the integrity of the Service may be investigated at any time.

If such activity is detected or reasonably suspected, actions may be taken at sole discretion, including removal of Graming Points, invalidation of historical activity, suspension or termination of accounts, or permanent restriction of access to the Service. All determinations are final and are not subject to appeal or dispute.

6. Abuse, Manipulation, and Farming Restrictions

Users agree not to engage in spamming, automated behavior, bot usage, multi-accounting, artificial engagement, or any attempt to manipulate rankings, metrics, or reward systems. What constitutes abusive or manipulative behavior is determined solely by the Service.

Graming Points obtained through such behavior may be removed retroactively, and no obligation exists to preserve, restore, or compensate any points, rewards, or benefits associated with such activity.

7. Account, Channel, and Identity Changes

Users acknowledge that changes to usernames, channel names, channel ownership, account identifiers, or account deletion may result in the loss of Graming Points, historical data, eligibility for rewards, or access to certain features.

No responsibility is assumed for losses arising from such changes, whether initiated by the user, platform providers, or third parties.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation of the Service is not guaranteed.

The Service, or any part of it, may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. Any accumulated data, Graming Points, rankings, or benefits may be reset or invalidated as part of such changes.

9. Data Collection and Use

By connecting and using Telegram accounts with the Service, users consent to the collection, processing, analysis, and storage of data related to account activity, including messages, interactions, participation patterns, and engagement metrics, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Such data may be used for analytics, artificial intelligence model training, service improvement, ecosystem development, and related purposes. Users grant a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, process, analyze, and share such data for these purposes.

10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service relies on artificial intelligence technologies to generate insights and analytics. Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or subject to limitations.

No representations or warranties are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

11. No Investment or Financial Advice

All information, analytics, rankings, and insights provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or guarantees of performance.

Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and any outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of the Service is disclaimed.

Users agree that their sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Users waive any right to participate in class actions, jury trials, or court litigation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Amendments

These Terms may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
