This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and safeguarded in connection with your access to and use of the GramFi website (https://gramfi.ai), our Telegram-based Info-Fi platform, and any related products, services, or applications powered by artificial intelligence and analytics (collectively, the "Service").

We also collect usage-related information, including but not limited to activity logs, participation in group chats or channels, Graming activity, Graming Points accrued, referrals, interactions, timestamps, and engagement metrics.

In addition, we may collect technical and device-related information such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, cookies, session data, and similar metadata necessary for security, analytics, and performance optimization.

2. Use of Information

Collected information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including the provision of analytics, rankings, and AI-generated insights related to Graming activity. Information may be used to personalize user experiences, improve system performance, develop new features, and enhance overall platform integrity.

Information is also used to monitor activity, detect abuse or manipulation, enforce applicable terms and rules, and protect the Service and its users. In addition, information may be used to communicate service-related notices, updates, security alerts, policy changes, or promotional messages, where permitted.

3. Graming Points and $GF Token

Graming Points are internal participation metrics used solely within the GramFi ecosystem. They are not currency, property, securities, or financial instruments, and they have no guaranteed monetary value.

Any relationship between Graming Points and the $GF token, including potential conversions, rewards, promotions, or airdrops, is entirely discretionary. No guarantees are made regarding the availability, value, transferability, eligibility, or timing of any such rewards.

Users acknowledge and agree that the Graming system may be modified, suspended, reset, or terminated at any time without prior notice, and that no responsibility is assumed for any resulting loss of points, eligibility, or perceived benefits.

4. Platform Authority and Abuse Enforcement

Full authority is retained to evaluate user behavior and determine whether activity constitutes abuse, fraud, manipulation, spam, automated behavior, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Service.

If such activity is detected or reasonably suspected, actions may be taken at sole discretion, including adjusting, removing, or invalidating Graming Points, suspending or terminating accounts, restricting access to features, or permanently banning users. All enforcement decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.

Users acknowledge that changes to usernames, channel names, account ownership, or account deletion may result in the loss of Graming Points or historical data, and no responsibility is assumed for losses arising from such changes.

5. Disclosure of Information

Information may be shared with third-party service providers and partners who assist in operating, maintaining, or improving the Service, provided such parties are subject to confidentiality or data protection obligations.

Information may also be disclosed in connection with corporate or structural changes such as mergers, reorganizations, or asset transfers. Disclosure may further occur where required by law, regulation, legal process, or where necessary to enforce applicable terms or protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Service and its users.

6. Data Security

Commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are implemented to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with electronic data handling.
