GramFi Terms of Use

Graming Point and Token Disclaimer

• Graming Points are internal participation metrics, not currency, property, or any form of financial instrument.

• Graming Points hold no intrinsic monetary value and do not confer any ownership, equity, or legal rights.

• Conversion of Graming Points to $GRF tokens or any other rewards is not guaranteed, may change without notice, and is entirely at the Company's discretion.

• The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts, delete, reset, or adjust Graming Points if abuse, fraud, or manipulative behavior is suspected.

• Users acknowledge that any changes to the Graming Point system, token rewards, or related mechanisms may occur at any time without prior notice and must accept all such changes.

Service Availability

• The GramFi service may be suspended, modified, or terminated at any time without notice.

• Any accumulated data, points, or benefits may be reset or invalidated at the Company's discretion.

• Users acknowledge that uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed.

Data Collection and Use

• By connecting Telegram accounts to GramFi, users consent to the collection and analysis of account activity, including but not limited to posts, mentions, group participation, and interaction patterns.

• Such data may be used for AI model training, analytics, service improvements, marketing insights, and may be shared with third-party partners (e.g., exchanges, projects, or data providers).

• Users grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, analyze, and share such data as deemed necessary for the growth of the GramFi ecosystem.

Investment Disclaimer

• All insights, charts, rankings, and analytics provided by GramFi are for informational purposes only.

• They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future performance.

• The Company is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or market outcomes arising from use of the service.

• Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

AI Integration

GramFi is an AI-powered Info-Fi platform. Users acknowledge that AI-generated insights may include inaccuracies or incomplete information. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

User Conduct

• Users agree not to engage in spamming, botting, multi-account abuse, market manipulation, or any fraudulent behavior within the GramFi ecosystem.

• The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate accounts and revoke Graming Points if such behavior is detected.

• Determinations of abuse are made solely by the Company and are not subject to dispute.

Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• The Company disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

• Users agree that their sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

• All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in Dubai.

• Users waive any right to class actions, jury trials, or litigation in court.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
